Lizzard studied at the Royal College of Art, tutored by some of the leading contemporary artists of the time. He has exhibited internationally, as well as being selected for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.

Lizzard?s work can be found in many private collections around the world and several of his paintings were purchased last year as part of the restoration and refurbishment of Restormel Manor, Prince Charles? estate in Cornwall.

Influenced by the nature and faraway destinations such as India and the Far East. His paintings typically feature brightly coloured birds, plants and animals.
