Painting from her imagination, much of Frances Bildner?s work stems from her subconscious and draws inspiration from both the Abstract Expressionists and German Expressionists.

Influenced by her experiences living in a number of different cities such as Buenos Aires, New York and London. The most important element for Bildner in her paintings is colour. ?Everything I want to say is translated through colour and movement. I use colour in quite an emotive way.?
