Joelle Van Landeghem
This artist has love for reflections in the water. Every year she spends time at Monnet’s old home in Giverny to source her inspiration. Recently she has become attracted to the art of Chinese painting due to its study of the essential forms in nature. Chinese ink plays games with shade and light and the correlation of the sky and the earth in the water.
Joëlle Van Landeghem has participated in a number of exhibitions in both Belgium and abroad. She studied graphics and advertising before joining the Academy of Arts in Brussels.
